This time they chose ZKONG as its electronic shelf label provider for its shop network expansion and improvement.
ZKONG digital shelf labels can help Public gr. deal with one of the most significant operations in retail – keeping price and promotional accuracy. More than that ESLs can help Public gr.:
· Offer dynamic price & promotional changes in every store instantly
· Giving customers confidence in displayed transparent information to improve the shopping experience
· Flexibly react to market changes maintaining a competitive advantage
· Save heavy labor costs associated with shelf edge labels
Last month, We ZKONG teamed up with our Greece partner to deliver the first official Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) solution deployment at Public’s flagship store in the Golden Hall of Greece.
This new store covers 3,200 ㎡ and extends to 3 levels, expanding the range of options and hosting more than 50,000 product codes for the whole store. With our ZKONG fabulous high-contrast electronic shelf labels and unique system, the physical markets and e-commerce “combined" harmoniously, confirming Public's position as a leading omnichannel retailer.
The new store leveraged ZKONG electronic shelf labels to inform shoppers about the prices and features of the products.
At the same time, it offers the possibility of immediate receipt of their online orders at special points within the store, supports the ordering service from the store and pick-up at any place, as well as the same-day pick-up service from the store.
Finally, consumer will be able to make contactless payments anywhere in store by scanning the QR code on the ESLs.
The spaces are designed to offer the visitor real experiences and to encourage contact with the products.
